On 18 February, a cooperation agreement was signed at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum between the Directorate for Sports and Social Projects and the Executive Directorate of the 29th Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk. The parties agreed on joint development and implementation of projects aimed at involving young people in the preparation for the 2019 Winter Universiade.
