On 12 September, the first 2019 Aga Khan Award postage stamp was officially cancelled at the Bulgarian Islamic Academy. His Highness Prince Karim Aga Khan IV and State Counselor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev participated in the event held as part of the activities dedicated to the prize-giving ceremony of the 14th Aga Khan Award for Architecture.
